These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of CyberPhone products. By placing an order or using a product, you accept these terms.
By engaging CyberPhone, you confirm you are an authorized professional, of legal age, and have the authority to bind your organization.
Products are hardware-modified mobile devices and related services. Eligibility is determined after a vetting process; CyberPhone may decline any request.
Pricing is quoted on request. Devices ship via insured, discreet courier after vetting and confirmation of lawful use. Delivery times depend on region and availability.
Products are warranted against hardware defects for the period stated at purchase. Surveillance capabilities depend on network and device conditions. Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided "as is."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPhone's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the engagement. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
This platform is provided exclusively to government intelligence agencies, police departments and law enforcement organizations for the authorized monitoring, protection and coordination of their undercover operatives. Every operation requires lawful authority within the acquiring jurisdiction, and the acquiring agency remains responsible for the authorization covering each enrolled device. We do not provide the platform for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or use outside a lawful investigation. Each request is reviewed before any acquisition, and all deliveries are conditional upon acceptance of our legal notice.
