How to report suspected unlawful or abusive use of CyberPhone products, and how we investigate and respond.

CyberPhone takes reports of misuse seriously. If you believe a CyberPhone product has been used unlawfully, please report it.
Report suspected unlawful surveillance, stalking, interception without authority, or any use that violates our Legal Use Policy or Acceptable Use Policy.
Include the nature of the suspected misuse, the relevant device or account identifiers if known, and your details.
For emergencies or immediate danger, contact your local law-enforcement agency first.
Reports are reviewed by our compliance team. Where appropriate, we may suspend service, investigate, require remediation, and refer matters to authorities as required by law.
Where a report is disputed, the affected customer may submit a counter-notification. CyberPhone evaluates both submissions before taking final action.
This platform is provided exclusively to government intelligence agencies, police departments and law enforcement organizations for the authorized monitoring, protection and coordination of their undercover operatives. Every operation requires lawful authority within the acquiring jurisdiction, and the acquiring agency remains responsible for the authorization covering each enrolled device. We do not provide the platform for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or use outside a lawful investigation. Each request is reviewed before any acquisition, and all deliveries are conditional upon acceptance of our legal notice.
