The permitted and prohibited uses of CyberPhone products, and how compliance is monitored and enforced.
Effective: July 6, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of CyberPhone products and related services. All customers and operators are bound by it.
CyberPhone products may be used for lawful corporate security, internal investigations, compliance oversight, and protective intelligence on devices the operator owns or is authorized to monitor.
Customers must not use products for unlawful interception, stalking, harassment, surveillance of devices they do not own or are not authorized to monitor, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of products to unvetted third parties is prohibited.
CyberPhone reserves the right to monitor account and service activity for abuse, to audit lawful-use attestations, and to investigate reports of misuse.
Reported or detected violations may result in suspension of service, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where required by law. See our Abuse Reporting page.
This platform is provided exclusively to government intelligence agencies, police departments and law enforcement organizations for the authorized monitoring, protection and coordination of their undercover operatives. Every operation requires lawful authority within the acquiring jurisdiction, and the acquiring agency remains responsible for the authorization covering each enrolled device. We do not provide the platform for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or use outside a lawful investigation. Each request is reviewed before any acquisition, and all deliveries are conditional upon acceptance of our legal notice.
